In Memoriam

Dr. James Carr Eagle (1898-1958) was the Chariman of the North Rowan Board Of Education. He gave countless hours of his time and energy working and planning with the architects and building contractors. In spite of his busy schedule as a physcian, Dr. Eagle visited the new school each day while it was under construction. Dr. Eagle passed away just a few short weeks before the formal opening of the school.  The football stadium is named in his honor!
