DECA is a large community of marketing students. The students that are in DECA compete in different marketing catagories by using the knowledge they have learned from thier high school marketing classes. These students show the potential that one day they could successfully operate a company, or join an existing marketing team, using the business techniques they have learned in DECA. The NRHS DECA club operates a store. This year it will be permanently located on D Hall this year. The store's name is "Cavalier Corner" and will be run by the DECA students along with Mrs. Lisa Cline, our DECA Advisor. The store has a large selection of NRHS apparel that will bring out the inner Cavalier in you!
For each CD sold Curry will make a donation to the North Rowan Alumni Association Scholarship Fund!

Fred Moore-Class of 67- Retired Magistrate of 25 years Book Sale "Injustice in The Justice System" Books are $10
10 % of proceeds of all books sold will be donated to the North Rowan Alumni Association scholarship program.
"Injustice in the Justice System" as the front cover explains, is "the life story of one of North Carolina's senior magistrates, his beloved profession ripped away from him as he was about to begin his fifth decade of state service. Only the names and locations are fiction, as this combination autobiography, magistrate/baseball manual is truth beyond a reasonable doubt!" There is a chapter called "The Wiz Kid", the fictional name of my brother. (Jerry Morre, Class of 70). I also have a section about the 50s and the 60s where I talk about being in 6th period biology when Walter Cronkrite came over the intercom talking about the assasination of JFK. ,my Navy Days, and plenty of pictures including track pictures with Jimmy Lyerly and the speedy Donnie Jones. Also included are the days in 1998 where I proudly painted the "Tree Of Knowledge" in front of my alma mater (Go Cavs).
Also on the back cover of Fred's book is a "Prayer for Lisa." Lisa Wade, family friend for over 30 years, is in dire need of a kidney transplant. Please call her dad, Lee at Beltone Hearing Aids, Salisbury, 704-636-6037 with prayers and suggestions for possible donors.
